Our Unimog U1300L is a 5 ton Ex Bundeswehr Army Troop transport and General load carrier, built in 1985 at the Unimog-plant in Gaggenau. She was the first heavy duty Unimog to have the ‘edgy’ cab, Featuring portal Axles, which raise her high off the ground, massive off-road tyres, 4 wheel drive and front and rear locking differentials this is a machine that makes everything look easy! With a massive inline 6 cylinder diesel engine our Unimog will easily transport you wherever you want to go off-road! Featuring power steering and being incredibly easy to drive, you’ll be having untold fun in no time.

The UNIMOG is a multipurpose all-wheel drive medium truck made by Daimler-Benz. Officially the UNIMOG was never meant to be a military vehicle, First produced in 1948 based on designs by Albert Friedrich and Heinrich Rößler shortly after world war II, they said they intended them to be used in agriculture as a self-propelled machine or tractor alternative with the benefit of faster on the road travel. However the first 540 units were purchased by the Swiss Army! and throughout their lives have been ever popular with various Militarys around the world.

Thanks to their legendary off-road capabilities, the UNIMOG is popular in locations ranging from jungles, mountains, deserts and well favoured as military vehicles for troop transportation vehicles, ambulances, and mobile command centers or equipped with military communications equipment.

The name UNIMOG is an acronym for UNIversal-MOtor-Gerat, German for equipment. The design features a flexible ladder frame, coil sprung beam powered axles with a central toque tube and transverse links. Perfect for our challenging OFF-Road Unimog Driving Experience course!
